The Project

Hyper Local Traffic Integrated Model for Ayodhya

Ayodhya Dham has experienced a resurgence in recent years’ with the initiatives launched at the National and State level. One of the biggest challenges that we face at Ayodhya Dham is in form of crowd management and last mile movement around Shri Ram Mandir and other city attractions. With an estimated crowd of 3L devotees/day expected at Ayodhya Dham. It is important to provide them a smooth access from point of alighting to Mandir precinct so that they mentally and physically immerse in the spiritual mind frame. Moreover, a lot of tourist attractions are being developed by the government around the city.
Current infrastructure lacks the capability to support this crowd influx mainly due to narrow roads, poor parking facilities and lack of mass transportation and other reasons within the city. One of the key finding of a study done by the local authorities came up with the plan to ‘To reduce traffic and related issues with help of road widening, ring roads, development of parking lots and alternative modes of transport.

The Project

Hyper Local Traffic Integrated Model for Ayodhya

With this in mind, Anjaneya PriEdge has developed the Hyper Local Integrated Traffic model based on Hop-on-Hop off concept wherein a Fleet of Electric Vehicles with a capacity of 12-14 people move around the city and PriEdge leverages deep tech application in creating ‘no fuss’ local loops around tourist spots
There is no upfront charge to Government Body and passengers are charged a token amount to use the services
Tourists can Hop on and Hop off on shuttles arriving at regular intervals
While they are on the shuttle, they also get an immersive short-talk on legends associated with Ram Mandir and can soak up the local ambience on medium speed moving vehicles
In a way the ride initiates a calming/conditioning process before they enter the Mandir precinct rather than haggling on road
The vehicles are tracked in real time at a central control room to ensure safety of the passengers
Economic benefit to Locals include utilization of vacant land parcels and Revenue for Govt from cascading parking rates
Engaging local community will ensure lesser local issues and better participation from the community
By using E-Bus Service we are saving a total of 900 Metric Tons of CO2 every year & making a strong commitment to India’s Sustainable Development goals (SDGs) apart from saving on significant Foreign exchange annually.
